Next, our vastly experienced team of technical specialists can develop new iron casting designs or modify your own existing CAD files. Customers can also take advantage of the fully integrated design and prototyping capabilities within our engineering foundry that include:

• CAD/CAM and SolidWorks modelling linked directly to CNC pattern making equipment
• An in-house pattern shop
• A fully equipped in-house laboratory

In addition, our engineering foundry offers automated and air set moulding lines enabling castings to be produced in all grades of grey and ductile iron as one offs or in large batches. We are also vastly experienced in undertaking iron casting projects for components of every size up to 100Kg in weight.
