Internal Sales Executive

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Waterfit business for an Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team and help drive the Company forward. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, sales focused professional who can demonstrate the ability to adapt to business needs.  Possessing a real enthusiasm to gain knowledge of the product specifications and industry, you will be capable of working independently but will also need to be able work in a team environment.

Your bit…..

  • Manage all inbound communication via phone/email and actioning all enquiries received to customer’s satisfaction in a professional and efficient manner
  • Develop strong partnering relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their requirements is obtained, learning how best to service their accounts and maximise on upsell opportunities
  • Prioritising, preparing, sending and proactively following up on all quotations
  • Research and proactively contact new leads on behalf of the business to generate sales.
  • Responsible for outbound sales calls, emails and marketing campaign to increase customer awareness of Waterfit products and related services.
  • To feed back to the wider business on competitor activity, customer activity and potential new openings.
  • Gathering of market insight to determine sector trends and needs
  • Provide sales and administration support to the external sales team, includingqualifying and arranging diary appointments on behalf of the Business Development Manager
  • Occasional customer site visits to assist the Business Development Manager
  • Enter and update customer information into the database in an accurate manner
  • Analysis and interpretation of customer and sales information for report purposes

What you need to do it…..

  • Previous experience within an internal sales role
  • Highly articulate, with first-rate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
  • Great organisation skills, ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work to and achieve deadlines being results orientated
  • Analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
