Marketing Executive - TYDE

Thomas Dudley Ltd has an outstanding reputation for product innovation and excellent customer service delivery.  At an exciting time in the company’s 100 year historyto support business growth we are now looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our committed in house marketing team.

Reporting into the Business Unit Director for TYDE (part of the Thomas Dudley Group of Companies) the successful candidate will drive and implement the marketing strategy for the business, working closely with the wider commercial teams and external agency partners.   This is a highly varied, high paced, deadline driven position delivering the marketing plan across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.

Your bit ………. 

  • Support the Business Unit Director to drive and implement the overall marketing strategy for the business
  • Manage the day to day marketing activity, coordinate activity with other departments working on specific projects and ensuring key marketing objectives are met. 
  • Work with managers to oversee the implementation of marketing and communication plans, promotional materials, advertising opportunities, digital content and CRM.
  • Responsible for timely, relevant and accurate company website content update
  • Create, develop and manage the business marketing collateral, including writing copy for various audiences, video, digital images and social media content
  • Manage the day to day links with external agency partners
  • Responsible for the marketing calendar, including corporate event attendance coordinating TYDE attendance at exhibitions, create supportive campaigns and provide data analytics to measure ROI
  • Attendance of exhibitions and conferences throughout the calendar year
  • Manage the daily activity of the junior members of the marketing team
  • Conduct market research to provide insight and influence strategy
  • Support the delivery of the CRM strategy
  • Undertake any other activities that support the marketing function as requested by the line manager

What you need to do it ………. 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a previous similar B2B marketing role
  • Graduate degree in marketing or CIM qualification preferable
  • Experience with CRM campaign tools (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing channels
  • Experience in running Social media campaigns across segmented markets
  • First rate communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with changeable priorities to time-critical deadlines
  • Confident, highly organised with strong commercial awareness
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
