Miniflo Product Description

The new Dudley Miniflo concealed cistern has been engineered and manufactured in the UK, specifically for the UK market. It is pneumatically operated and provides 6/4 litre or 4/2.6 litre dualflush flushing.

The new small pneumatic dualflush pushbutton delivers smooth and reliable flushing. The button has a diameter of just 51mm, adding the perfect finish to any domestic bathroom or commercial washroom. A 51mm diameter single flush Royal button is also available.

To help minimise installation time and the resulting costs, the Miniflo is supplied factory fitted and with a host of time saving features including a true push-fit flushbend and one piece hanging bracket. The cistern's design also enables servicing to be quickly and easily undertaken. The small and compact Miniflo has been designed with quality and reliability in mind.

The cistern, its Dudley Niagara flushing valve and Dudley Hydroflo inlet valve are all WRAS approved and have successfully passed rigorous 200,000 cycle tests. The Miniflo can also be supplied with touch-free electronic flushing.

Miniflo Uses

Measuring just 411mm wide x 276mm high x 131mm deep, the Miniflo fits neatly into 150mm deep ducts. The cistern body is constructed from high-impact polystyrene and comes in a durable glossy finish. It is ideal for use behind tiles in conjunction with a removable or hinged vanity top, behind partitions and in most other concealed applications. The Miniflo comes with an installer-friendly one piece hanging bracket which can be screwed directly to most wall materials. For one off domestic installations to large contracts, the Miniflo provides the perfect new build or refurbishment solution. Where wall-hung WC pans are required, the Miniflo can be coupled with the Dudley Illusion Universal and Freestanda frame systems or Dudley Sentinel brackets.

Miniflo Special Features

The Miniflo is operated by an attractive small dualflush pneumatic pushbutton. This is available in full polished chrome or with a matt chrome plated full flush and can be positioned up to 750mm away from the cistern.

Saving Water

With water conservation in mind, the Miniflo provides 6 litre full and 4 litre reduced flushing. In addition, the cistern can be quickly converted to provide a full flush of 4 litres and a reduced flush of 2.6 litres.

This flexibility is particularly beneficial in existing installations. If a WC pan needs to be changed, the Miniflo can be left in position and if required, converted to deliver lower flush volumes to suit the replacement WC pan.

Designed to save water now and in the future

Saving Time

The Miniflo is supplied factory fitted with its internal components pre-assembled in position. It also has a true push-fit flushbend. The connector is moulded into the bottom of the cistern body and the flushbend simply pushes over for a watertight seal without tightening a capnut. A one-piece hanging bracket enables the cistern to be simply slotted into place. The vertical fixing hole provides simple fixing adjustments whilst a ratchet allows the cistern to be safely moved to the left or right in order to find the perfect position. For maintenance, the Miniflo's inlet and flushing valves can be easily accessed. The Niagara flushing valve has a bayonet fitting and can be removed from the cistern with one hand. The valve can then be serviced and fitted back into the cistern in a matter of minutes. The Miniflo's pneumatic air tubes are securely retained by a clip on the inside of the cistern. The tubes can also exit the cistern neatly from either side.
