Uses
In addition to being available in many Dudley
plastic cisterns, Turbo syphons have long been the
installer’s preferred choice when replacing
most flushing syphons currently available. The three
products in the Turbo family, namely the Turbo 88,
Turbo S44R and Turbo S1-11 are compatible with the
majority of plastic and ceramic cisterns (close
coupled, low level, high level and concealed units).
The Turbo S1-11 is a 7/9 litre convertible syphon
designed for use in well bottom cisterns and many
narrow cisterns.
Special Features
The unique 2-part design of all Turbo syphons
enables the body to be quickly and easily separated
from the down leg. Upon removing the yellow fixing
pin, the syphon body can be simply taken out of
the cistern for servicing of the piston parts, leaving
the down leg in position. This means servicing can
be carried out without the time-consuming need to
turn off the water supply and dismantle the cistern.
