Thomas Dudley Ltd – the market-leading bathroom products and iron castings manufacturer in the West Midlands has announced building contractor Speller Metcalfe, as the developer of their new multi-million-pound corporate head office.
This marks the first stage of the project development and is set to complete in August 2017.
The family-owned business has delivered exceptional growth in recent years and as a world class manufacturer, is continuing to invest in infrastructure, technology and people at the Dudley site.
The new building is being developed as the company has outgrown its current office block, built in the 1970s. The new development will provide state-of-the-art offices for staff alongside customer focused showroom and training facilities.

Speller Metcalfe has a long-standing history of projects across the West Midlands with this latest development delivered from their regional Wolverhampton office.

Named as Contractor of the Year in 2015, the team behind the project will be undertaking a variety of challenges to bring the new three storey building to fruition.
