Thomas Dudley have just completed the installation of a brand new Unheated Autopour to its latest DISA moulding machine.
This plant is now capable of producing all grades of grey and ductile iron at 425 moulds per hour.
The new plant is fully automated using optipour camera to position and pour moulds precisely. This is the first such plant Inductotherm have produced for the UK and confirms Thomas Dudley foundries position at the leading edge of manufacturing technology.
