A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of Tyler Bates joining us for Work Experience (WEX). Tyler spent half the week with the plastics department and the other half in design, where he made his own 3D printed key ring.
Everyone was very complimentary about Tyler's work ethic and his overall politeness and interest in what he was doing. So much so that he had two offers of an apprenticeship, once he's old enough (obviously).
We have had a limited number of WEX students this year as many schools are no longer doing them. I feel this is such a shame as when students attend, that want to learn and be part of your business for a week, it is beneficial not only to them but the business as well.
