2. Employees of Thomas Dudley Limited and their family members or any agencies or companies connected with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. The competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or older and who are resident in United Kingdom. Thomas Dudley Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
4. To participate in this competition, entrants must scan the QR code located on gold, silver or bronze tickets contained within Thomas Dudley products. All entrants will be placed into a prize draw to win a selection of prizes. Winners will be randomly selected. Winners will be required to provide the following information, contact name, company name, full address, postcode, telephone/mobile number and email address.
5. If entrants are unable to provide the information required as set out in paragraph 4 above, following internal verification checks it will be up to the discretion of Thomas Dudley Limited as to whether a prize is issued.
6. All winners must, at the request of Thomas Dudley Limited, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Thomas Dudley Limited using their name and image in promotional material.
7. Thomas Dudley Limited and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or arising from any persons’ negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the competition
8. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
9. Unclaimed prizes will be void.

Entrants’ personal information provided (as stated in paragraph 4) will be used by Thomas Dudley Limited for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. By sending contact details (contact name, company name, full address, postcode, telephone/mobile number and e-mail address) you agree for these details to be added to Thomas Dudley Limited’s Marketing Database, for marketing and promotional purposes of similar products and services. This may include, but not limited to, the use of e-shots and e-newsletters. Your information will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party. If you do not wish to receive such communication you must confirm this in writing when you submit your claim.

If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to by way of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond the control of Thomas Dudley Limited which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Thomas Dudley Limited may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries.
