Tender Opportunity – Air Testing System
Thomas Dudley Plastics is investing in a new air testing system to improve product testing. This includes replacing our existing hydro flow testing with modern air testing equipment that increases output, eliminates the use of water and improves the detection of failures.
The existing testing method described below is provided as a guide to the capability required. We will consider any suitable modern air testing system, provided it can demonstrate performance equivalent to or exceeding that of the method it replaces.
The proposed scope currently comprises:
- Improved productivity through increased testing output
- Elimination of water use, removing the requirement for water in the testing process
- Improved detection rate of failures, giving greater confidence in product quality
