Tender Opportunity – Vertical Machining Centre Replacement
Thomas Dudley Plastics is investing in new energy efficient CNC machinery to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. This includes the replacement of two ageing vertical machining centres in the Toolroom with new equipment to improve production efficiency.
The existing machines listed below are provided as a guide to the capability required. We will consider any suitable modern equipment, provided it can demonstrate performance equivalent to or exceeding that of the machines it replaces.
The proposed scope currently comprises:
- Modern vertical machining centre to replace an existing VMC 1000 22, offering performance equivalent to or exceeding the capability of that machine
- Modern vertical machining centre to replace an existing VMC 500 16, offering performance equivalent to or exceeding the capability of that machine
